Please note: Media badges are restricted to Publishers, Editors, Journalists, Photographers, Broadcasters and Content Creators. A media badge allows access to the International Media Centre at WTM. Media applications may be required to produce accreditation, in the form of a:

  • Recognised media card OR
  • Business card OR
  • NUJ/Chartered Institute of Journalists' card OR
  • A letter from the editor in order to verify their application OR
  • A website address clearly accrediting your work OR
  • Social channel handles.

Alternatively, freelance travel writers can provide two byline editorial stories. Media registrations from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted.
